History is asking a question.

How will we respond?

the

New Century Party

The NCP is a new political movement for Saskatchewan, built on a simple, powerful idea: we must meet this moment, together.

The moment is one humanity has never faced before, with multiple crises converging at once. Yet, this is something Saskatchewan is uniquely positioned to address.

For generations, Saskatchewan has lived by a simple motto: We do it ourselves. We didn't wait to be profitable enough. We built public options, from healthcare to education, power to heating, communications to insurance, to ensure everyone has access to the services they deserve.

Our platform of 21 Policies for the 21st Century Saskatchewan continues this tradition. It is a detailed blueprint, developed in the open for all to see. We don't have all the answers, and there is no doing this alone. We invite you to read the plans, challenge our ideas, and help us build a future of hope and prosperity for all.

The Platform

21 Policies

Starting with

Human Dignity

The primary duty of this province
shall be to uphold and protect it

The Rest Flow From There

Affordability

Every Saskatchewan resident will receive $350 per month through the Dignity Dividend. No hoops, no means testing.

The minimum wage rises to $25/hour, indexed to inflation. A five-year rent freeze gives renters stability. And 100,000 new public housing units ensure everyone has a home.

The cost of living crisis ends here.

Universal Health

Saskatchewan invented public healthcare. Now we finish what we started.

Dental, vision, hearing, mental health, pharmacare, and long-term care join hospital and physician services under one single-payer plan. No copays, no deductibles, no private insurance middlemen.

A new payroll levy replaces what you and your employer already pay for private coverage. Just bring your health card.

Reconciliation

Full implementation of the 94 Calls to Action and UNDRIP, written into Saskatchewan law.

Free, Prior, and Informed Consent becomes the standard for all projects affecting Indigenous lands, waters, and communities. New offices for Reconciliation and MMIWG2S, co-developed and co-governed with Indigenous nations.

Reconciliation cannot be dictated. It must be walked together.

Saskatchewan Sovereignty

Our resources, our data, our food supply. Controlled by us.

A new Crown corporation ensures resource projects are co-owned by Saskatchewan and Treaty Nations. SaskGrocery ends food deserts and price gouging. Government data stays on Saskatchewan servers, not American ones.

We don't wait for Bay Street or Washington to decide our future.

and more

The full platform spans 21 Policies, touching every aspect of Saskatchewan life, from education to justice, agriculture to technology.
